Installation Instructions: 1.Disassemble the cat door and remove the pins holding both sides together. 2. Remove the door from the hinges and use the cutting template provided to trace the shape of the hole to remove from the door. 3.Saw the shape of the hole from the door in the desired location. Sand down any rough edges. 4. Measure the door frame thickness and trim the cuttable flange on the cat door to match so it matches the thickness of the door. 5. Once the hole is cut and the flange is trimmed, hold the cat door pieces into their desired location and mark the holes using a pencil or a pen. 6.Pre-drill the marked holes using a ⅛ inch drill bit on each side of the door. 7.Place the cat door in the desired location and use either the small screws or large screws to fasten the sides to the door. (Small screws for thinner doors and long thicker doors). 8. Cover the visible screws using the provided plastic screw covers. 9. Re-attach the door and allow your cat to enjoy the newfound freedom
